Payment and Cancellation
Payment must be made in full before proofs can be sent. In the event of an order being cancelled,
the maximum refund is 50% and if work has already commenced the refund will be graded from
50% to 0% depending on how far work on the order has proceeded.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect confirmed
orders.
Proofs
Proofs for wedding stationery will be e-mailed before proceeding with the order. It is the
customer's responsibility to check their proof carefully. RJ Wedding Stationery accept no
responsibility for incorrect personalised stationery if proofs were not properly checked and
incorrect personalisation details were provided. Work will not commence on the order until the
customer confirms that the proof is correct
Variations within the order
All wedding stationery is handmade and therefore may differ slightly from card to card. A slight
variation in colours and materials may also occur and colours may differ slightly from the
photographs due to lighting.
Copyright
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material (e.g. poems) you
ask to be included in your wedding stationery.
Delivery
All wedding stationery orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery. In the event that your
order is lost or damaged by Royal Mail, please advise within 48 hours, and in the case of damage
please keep all the packaging, as compensation will need to be claimed through Royal Mail.

Depending on their size and value, orders will either be sent via
1st Class Signed For, Special Delivery or Parcel Force 48
Orders up to 750gm (approx 30 cards 125mm) - £5.90
Orders up to 1kg (approx 40 cards 125mm) – £10.00
Orders up to 2kg (approx 80 cards 125mm) – £13.00
Orders up to 3kg (approx 120 cards 125mm) - postage £16.00

Refunds
As all stationery is handmade and personalised to order, refunds or exchanges can only be given if
merchandise is faulty or the specifications have not been met.
Privacy
Your personal information is only used to process your order; it is never passed on to a third party.
PayPal offers one of the safest ways to pay online. PayPal process your payment without sharing
your financial details.
